Originally from the Edmonton, AB, area, Dayton Gorsline has enjoyed an illustrious career in the world of show jumping. After working as a professional rider for Spruce Meadows for 10 years, Dayton struck out on his own in 1999. Within the first year of being self-employed, he partnered with Canadian Olympian Lisa Carlsen in both business and in life. The couple has an 18-year-old daughter, Cassie, who has followed in her parents’ footsteps as a show jumping competitor.
Their Trademark Stables in Okotoks, AB, is home to approximately 24 horses. Dayton also trains other riders in the area and often teaches in the mornings before returning home to coach clients for the remainder of the day.
In 2019, Dayton took over the role of Youth Development Advisor from Beth Underhill, who was the first person to fill the position for Equestrian Canada (EC).
The clinic will happen over 2 days (December 9&10, 2022). Participants must sign up for 2 lessons over the 2 days. Groups of maximum 3 people, 75 minutes sessions. Individual lesson of 45 minutes available on demand and if the schedule allows it.
COST GROUP LESSON (including GST)
$250 for Full members (Golden/Sr/Student/Int/Jr)
$275 for 1-Day/2-Day/3-Day members
$300 for Social members
$350 for non-members
Max 3 riders per group. 75 minutes lessons each day. Stabling available for a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
One-week-prior cancellation in the event of insufficient numbers.
Fees will be refunded ONLY if the space is able to be filled by another participant or a vet's note is required for cancelation with refund.
