COVID-19 UPDATE:

In light of the latest updates from the Health Provincial Officer, the Dogwood #1 will be a Percent Day for SRC MEMBERS ONLY.

We were really looking forward to welcome SRC members and non-members for the Dogwood #1. Unfortunately, until further notice we are not allowed to have outside riders on our grounds. We hope to see you at the end of May for the Spring Dressage Show (fingers crossed).

• Current HCBC membership and SRC Waiver required.

• Formal dressage attire not required: riders must be clean, tidy and presentable. Protective Headwear: Anyone mounted on a horse on Southlands Riding Club property and/or lunging a horse must wear approved helmets, with safety harness correctly fastened.

• No need to braid your horse: just make sure he or she is healthy and clean. However, this is a good opportunity to practise. :-)

• Introductory level through FEI

• Freestyle available

• A horse can be entered with more than one rider only if it is in different classes

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS

• Each rider may bring a maximum of two (2) people on foot to observe (trainer, groom/family member) ; if under the age of 16, one (1) person MUST be at least 18 years of age and able to serve as guardian in the event of an accident.

• Masks optional only when riding.
